Prospect Kidz Fest

As part of Prospect's 50th Anniversary celebration, the Parks and Recreation Committee is sponsoring its first KIDZ FEST.

KIDZ FEST is scheduled for Saturday, June 22nd from 10 am to 12 pm at Little Hunting Creek Park.

We have scheduled all sorts of activities for kids up to 12 years old, including,

Concert by the Scene Seven percussion group (an offshoot of the Louisville Leopards).
Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve's Naturalist Jacob Crider will teach all about nature.
A Magician
Balloon Twisting
Face Painting
Crafts, including creating Mini Rockets and slime-making
And lots of carnival games
